Wellspring is a small charity, operating from a dedicated counselling centre with three counselling rooms, and our aim is to make professional counselling available to those who are financially disadvantaged. We have a highly trained team of volunteer counsellors either accredited by B.A.C.P. or working towards accreditation. We are able to work with children, young people and adults and we have experience of working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems and bereavement. We ask for a donation according to means.

Our Vision-

To provide affordable counselling for the community, with short waiting lists and the option of long term work if needed, and also the option of addressing spiritual issues if requested.
To provide workshops for personal development for anyone in the community, seminars and workshops for ongoing professional development of counsellors, group work to support the one-to-one counselling , and accredited Christian counsellor training.

Programmes and Activities-

We offer one-to-one counselling by appointment, Monday to Thursday (currently) between 9am and 8.30pm.
